Belas Company Shipping Channel 

  • USPS Priority Mail Shipping (every Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday). During peak seasons and holidays, Belas Company ships daily based on USPS guidelines. 

Shipping & COVID-19

In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, processing times to fulfil orders may take up to 10 days for completion. This may be, in part, to external vendors and manufactures where your product is being distributed and may fall outside of Belas Company control. Please note, that we will try to take all necessary steps to ensure your order is received timely during this unprecedented time. Thanks for your patience and for shopping with small businesses.

We process and ship your order and quickly as we can, please allow up to 5-7 days (although most packages ship out in less time). Belas Company is an artisan small-business, and each order is fulfilled with care and quality of work.

Order Not Received 

Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a link to your order status page. There you will see a tracking number that you can use to track your package. If you need assistance in navigating the order status page or have additional questions, please email info@belascompany.com.

Please note that several mail carriers are presently experiencing delays in operations, which may attribute to delays with shipments as they are sent out. While some situations may be outside of our control, please contact us either via email or at (904) 406-5600 and we will assist you as much as possible.  

Do You Ship Internationally?

Yes! Belas Company will arrange to work with international consumers. If you are interested in having an item shipped internationally, please contact us at info@belascompany.com prior to placing your order. All orders placed without the expressed approval of the company will not be shipped. 

Order Received/Item Broken or Missing

Belas Company performs quality inspections on all orders prior to shipping. If you experience issues with broken or missing items, please contacting us at 904-406-5600 or emailing us at info@belascompany.com for prompt and immediate follow-up.
